They claim that they pay for visiting websites, I tried but didnt get any BTC yet. Share your opinions about it.

Bitvisitor.com worked fine for me. I can confirm several payments for ad viewing and refering others.

How long have you been waiting for the payment ?
The payments for adviewing are coming several times a day - usually it takes about 3-6 hours I'd say. That's at least the time it takes till they are confirmed. The payments for the refs are coming once every 24h.

I have received payouts from BitVisitor, so I can also confirm it's not a scam. Payouts can take several days to arrive. The amounts they're paying are way too small to be directly useful for anything, but it's still free money.  Grin
