Buying Litecoin Miner

Hello, could someone redirect me to a site in which I can buy a litcoin miner with over 500MH/S.

I have taken a look at bitmain, but looks like they don't have stock. And they aren't in office until October 9th. Should I trust https://shop.bitmain.com/antminer_l3_litecoin_asic_scrypt_miner.htm

The price seems good, roughly $3000 CAD. Looking for something less than $2000 CAD if possible?
