Hi bitokin,

It is not a cut back. This is because we use a fixed reward system for our bounty program instead of stake reward system.

We award participants with a fixed reward of TSS token for the specific jobs done. Details are shown in the first post of this thread.

Our plan is to list into more exchanges in Q1 2018.
We will work towards it, and will update whenever a new exchange is added.
Many exchanges are facing large volume at the moment, causing the process to be slow as well.
