AMD Vega 64 HBCC cant be enabled 8 Card rig.

Hi ive a 8x Vega 64 rig.

After a few problems i managed to let 8 x Vega 64 to run stable.

Now ive following Problems.

Ive enabled 8x HBCC 16 GB.
The trigger is in Wattman enabled on all Cards to 16 GB.
But when i test it in the miner i only see that 4 are actual enabled.

Is there a way to write it to the registry to always be enabled at 16 GB.
Maybe thats the way to enable it to all 8 Cards.

Also i realized that after restard the HBCC is disabled(its showing as enabled in Wattman) for all Cards. Ive to disable and enable it again to let it work.

Any ideas?
