That is your problem, MM accounts are not meant to be used like that, as I said before it is obvious you have no clue about middleman accounts and that is why you actually believe paypal can actually do anything to stop this, I used to make accounts to send funds and after a days when I used the funds I would refund and get double the funds within 7 days, it's all about the knowledge you have.
