This  is not for november but in 7 days Horizon State pre sale ICO  starts, this jus might be a good thing to support for  democracy

"Horizon State is the future of voting and collaborative decision making.
Horizon State has built a token-based blockchain voting and decision-making platform that delivers unprecedented trust through the integrity and post-unforgeable attributes of blockchain technology. Horizon State delivers a secure digital ballot box that cannot be hacked, wherein results can never be altered, and voter identities are protected.
With our technology already in use, it is soon to be extended and adopted by political parties, multinational enterprises, global NGOs, communities within developing nations, and more.

Secure, Immediate and Cost-efficient

Horizon State’s use of blockchain technology addresses the security of the vote. Data stored on the blockchain itself is distributed and tamper-proof - not owned by any individual or institution - there is no way to alter it.
Planning and executing geographically centralized votes is long and expensive - and infrequent as a result. Paired with blockchain, Horizon State delivers convenient voting to mobiles and PCs, with immediacy.
Traditional methods of voting cost taxpayers upwards of $7 per vote to facilitate- $25 in some cases. Horizon State’s blockchain voting solution is far cheaper, remaining under $0.50.
The Horizon State Decision Token

Horizon State is a blockchain-based platform and ecosystem that enables efficient vote casting and decision making processes. The platform operates through the use of Decision Tokens (HST). These are used for running the decision and voting processes by providing the ‘gas’ for voting and other services within the ecosystem. Horizon State is currently engaging with governments, large corporations, blue-chip customers, local councils, unions, education facilities and non-profit organizations who will utilize Decision Tokens for polling and voting processes. New products and services across the ecosystem will require the use of HST, driving the token value and demand."

Me and 5 friends of mine founded a 'microfund' this month. In other words just bought a couple of BTC Grin

Now we are looking where to invest, but there is a problem. There are too many projects. Of course we do check all the ratings and analyze the projects we like closely. But there are still too many projects.

We love Blackmoon, Robotvera, Crypterium. I help Crypterium team with support and business communications. Another friend advises ICO Robot Vera (pre-sale is completed already). Other guys have normal job Cheesy

So I would very appreciate if you recommend me an ICO you love or even better work with.

We plan to start spend our BTC in November actively. We're looking for real products with high potential to change people's daily life in general. And helpful for blockchain ecosystem. No trading platforms, whatevercoins, or simple donations.

Thanks in advance!

UPD: The most interesting suggestions on 9 October
- https://www.spectivvr.com — platform that enables users and organizations across the globe to stream unique
virtual reality content
- https://artoken.io — decentralized AR/VR ecosystem for 3D content exchange
- https://crypterium.io/ — contactless cryptopayments anywhere
- https://www.wacoin.io — WaBi is a digital token backed by safe products
- http://www.pryze.com — decentralize and automate a variety of contest offerings starting with sweepstakes and XPrize challenges

I'm excited about BitIndia.  They're bringing Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple to 2 billion people in India through mobile phones and it seems they have governmental support. I'm expecting it to be huge

We will. We will. Block chain. Block chain.

My suggested ICOs for November are the followings :

- Cappasity ARToken

- Utrust

- Pryze

- Sharpe Capital

- Comsa

Thank you! First three of them we knew already, they are interesting indeed. Sharpe Capital — no way. Comsa looks unclear for now, will learn about it.

Thanks for your opinion. Why do you think India deserves a separate mobile solutions of blockchain?

Any ICO as long as it will not scam the people both for the investors and campaign participants. When i joined ICO i will see who is the campaign managers and check his rank, reputation and trust ratings. Managers are not easily to be hired they will review it carefully the ICO back ground and credibility before they handle the campaign because their reputation is at stake. I will not join and promote the campaign thru just details reading because we dont know if what they have written are all false.

I’m definitely looking into Worldcore ICO. They are an established company and are looking to expand their operations. It looks solid IMHO.

Check out StockBet.com.  We're one of the few projects that can prove that we can develop, as we have working software.  Come play a few rounds.  You can bet on a crypto currency or thousands of stocks, ETFs or indexes.

This last round was a DOOZY:

https://stockbet.com/#/BullBear/round/17945

Bulls were losing, then winning, then losing, then winning, then losing, then won because Bitcoin went up and down like a toilet seat.

Has BTC hit resistance?  Take on the bettors on this Bitcoin round:

Dow Jones is up 25% in 12 months.  Will it continue?  Take on the bettors on this Dow Jones round:

Electroneum is the one which is making buzz right now, suggested to all of my friends and it's quite popular right now. Another ico which will be a hit is Micromoney from Kickico platform.

I agree with you! I am being totally biased right now as I am part of Electroneum campaign but I am just being true to what I want to suggest and it is Electroneum. Also I am not the only one attesting the growing success of Electroneum, it is really a good campaign even if you look on its different corners and to be more confident about this, check its current status and make no doubts about this ICO.

What do you mean by 'explain'? Our top in first post of the thread? There are just projects aim to create interesting products. And likely not a scam by first view.

The idea behind crypterium interests me, but as soon as I read '10 trillion dollar market opportunity' I stopped reading. I don't like big numbers thrown is an opportunities up front, focus on the project itself and the problem without trying to blind me with a massive figure. The concept of a contactless payment system is interesting though, as long as it includes FIAT.

Following on from that, look at Electronuem - http://electroneum.com/. Similar idea about crypto accessibility. It does still mention the market potential, as it wouldn't be marketing well if it didn't, but the focus is on what it solves...

"ELECTRONEUM. THE MOBILE CRYPTOCURRENCY.
SIMPLE TO USE, POWERED BY AN APP.
Electroneum is a leap forwards in the accessibility of cryptocurrencies."

Just so you know, I own and haven't invested in either of them. This is just my take and all I'm trying to do is demonstrate the importance of vetting your potential investments and ensuring that firstly they have a real solution to a problem, or are improving on something existing and secondly that they're a solid project with the right priorities. Both of these may be sound investments and I wish them both luck.
