Wow, nice news. If doge coin is accepted at amazon is open the way for being accepted of crypto currencies in the world. Soon or later , Etherum will be the same. I'm gonna buy more doge and ETH for now. Thanks for your information sir.

There are no official word from Amazon that they are accepting crypto as mode of payment. There was also a petition to accept bitcoin and litecoin as well.

But I have to agree that if ever they have decided to accept crypto, it will be a big boost for them as well as the ecosystem. sorry to say,but it's a dream for us to see something like this in the future.
until now,they're still not accepting Bitcoin and still review it.
but i heard rumour regarding their decision about Bitcoin as their payment point[Rumour].
(i do not think it will happen this time and a few years later on),
so about dogecoin ?
it will never be,until they are starting to implement Bitcoin as their payment point and other alts.
but for now,it will never ever be a payment point on amazon.

It's not news, dude.  Amazon doesn't accept any crypto, nor will they anytime soon.   Especially not doge.  If they were to start taking any coin, it'd be bitcoin.  So no need to rush out to buy doge or anything else.

I'd be happy to spend doge at Amazon, and it sure would be nice if they did end up taking it.  I don't think online petitions are effective for anything, though.   I'll keep my fingers crossed but I won't get my hopes up.

The thing is Amazon has not much competitor at its same level. Maybe Ebay ? Then which ? Amazon has so much products (like Prime etc) that no other one has, so it won't hurt the company so much

Thats why its been called as petition since it would really need to be approved and they would really remain as petition if they didnt approved as simple as that.It is somehow good to see this kind of petition on pushing DOGEcoin but i dont think that Amazon would decide to jump into crypto and they would decide to adopt it into their service.

I don't believe in a successful outcome of this petition. I heard that Amazon will be from October this year to sell goods for bitcoins. This is a more profitable option but this is not happening. The state does not support such trade. I'm sure that Amazon will not go into conflict with the government. They have something to lose. The petition will be without consideration.

It is going to sign for Doge if the Amazon accept doge as the payment method. I think the price of doge will start increasing the market and many people will start buying doge coins in the market.

Ohh yes, does anyone really thinks change.org is that effective? If yes then they are living in  a cocoon. There are certain scenarios where change.org might be helpful, but not every. Amazon is a profit oriented company like others company. Why they will bother about the dogecoin or other crypto. Amazon or any other companies who are operating on global level would be careful on NOT to send any wrong signal. Because in some countries crypto has not good perception. But if these companies like amazon starts to accept the crypto then that would be really nice change and will trigger positive vibe.

To some extent this petition looks like an attempt to garner some publicity to the dogecoin and get some pumping as well.
