That's because those things are against the forum rules (-> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=780979.0).
If the original post of a thread tells you to violate the forum rules and you do it, you still violate the forum rules (OPs don't stand above them).
Follow the rules and your posts won't be deleted.

When they delete posts, noobs like OP create a thread to do more whining
If Satoshi (theymos) stops the post count from decreasing when a thread is trashed, no one will whine any more.
