Unfortunately there is only 1 buy order with so low rate= 1 satoshi for each mycash token. Are you going to sell it? If so then I would advise you to hold it, at least wait till they launch their own exchange and lets see the progress of its value.

You can use the waves wallet trading on the dex. currently there is some trades in the mycash/waves section.
