The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Yes, this is indeed a library method, although it is working for a lifetime & doesn't require any maintenance.
You'll be able to get e-mail access directly to lynda.com, for resell also a great opportunity.
E-mail & password can be changed at anytime, it is an sort of Enterprise account.
