https://mtgox.com/users/forgot - "The requested page was not found on this server". https://claim.mtgox.com/forgot_login sent me a password reset link once - but the new password still did not work (possible my account was locked because of the failed login attempts). Now it says that it sends me a password reset link but does not and the link sent in the only email I received does not work any more.

I'm stuck, too. I didn't even get any email from password resetting on the claim page.
I opened a ticked 10 hours ago. No reply.
All this even though I'm pretty sure I'm entering the correct password because I wrote it down.

Problem still occurs for me; I don't receive any emails. I was able to login yesterday though... Has anyone gotten it working?

I did got one password recovery email, I used it and changed the password. Then this new password did not work. Next day it started to work. Most probably there is an account lockout when you make too many failed login attempts. I've heard that the password recovery also has a limit of 1 email per day. If you did not got your password recovery email at all - then maybe it got to spam folders?

Posted a ticker on support.mtgox.com and eventually it got solved. Guess they are quite busy solving lots of problems. I have one problem left for them though: All my balances have been 'withdrawn', but not by me, that's for sure. All my BTCs and USDs in my account are lost! And still no reply... |
