You should move this to the scam board.

And you should also provide much more information about this accusation. There is a format for that which you should follow. If you can't provide that information, the accusation will remain just that.. an unfounded accusation with no evidence backing it and people here will take it with a grain of salt. You should support and qualify an accusation with evidence (chat and payment logs, for example).

The proper scam report format is found here:

someone sent me 30$ and i got only 10$ to my wallet
i see the transaction its was 30$ worth of ethereum

If you can see the transaction on the ethereum block explorer as $30 worth of ETH, then you should receive $30 worth of ETH. You hold your own private keys with Exodus so there is no way that you are going to somehow lose $20 without reason.

I can assure you that Exodus is 100% legit. You don't even need to trust them that much to use their service.

I've stored way more than $30 in their wallet, nothing has ever happened to those funds.

Lol honestly it sounds like you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. God I hate when newbies show up, shit all over the place with their ignorance then run away to never be seen again.

TxHash or it never happened. K? Prove it cryptographicly.

I don't think that he is doing this maliciously. He probably just done something wrong or Exodus just can't connect to their node, meaning that the balance didn't update. Though i think that he probably took a step too far by calling it a scam.

OP, Exodus is NOT a scam. They are one of the most open companies that are offering an excellent wallet.

What's the TXID? If you can confirm that the address funds were sent to match your exodus receiving address, you didn't lose any money.

It's most probably something wrong on your end. Exodus does not hold your keys, therefore if you are certain that the transactino of $30 worth of ethereum was broadcasted on the network(visible using a block explorer), then you hold these funds, even if you don't see them.

You can always export your Ethereum exodus wallet, and import into myetherwallet or other online wallets to access the funds in the worst case.

Exodus is fully legit.

Your Wallet == Some linked address right ? Mind linking us to that address ?
Also everybody using Exodus should already know it is a Desktop Wallet written in GitHub's Electron which doesn't really guarantee safety of the source code.Although encrypting the code might work but no one knows what other loopholes they come with.
Use a proper scam-accusation format and please move on to a better wallet,
