T have 3.5eth and i bought 0.24btc
Then, I log out and log in
WHAT THE FUCK !! I lost my bitcoin and trade history???[/size]

relax, talk with customer support, explain what's the situation, once you have proof they are not working to help you and you in fact lost them then make the accusation because honestly, I've hold much more eth in that exchange and never had a problem, so not sure if it's any profitable for them to scam you just for 4 ETH.

Are you sure? I don't see any proofs regarding this. For me there is no problem with this exchange. Deposits and withdrawals both worlds fine. But sometimes I can't access the site because of frequent DDOS attacks. I think they should protect their servers from these type of attacks. |

Before we make an assumption, can i ask where are your proofs if that happened to you? Please post all your proofs on here, then tell us the link of coinexchange you logged. There is a chance you were logged to phising site which similar with coinexchange. |

Please provide us full proof.I trade in coinexchange.io many times.But there was no problem.I trust this site.You should contact with support,They can help you.Also they faced few problems.Hope they will recover that.

I made a "test" deposit over 2 weeks ago. Followed all directions. Never saw the deposit.
Followed directions to make a "support Ticket," and included all info they asked for.
15 days later the ticket is still being processed.
No telephone number listed to call customer service.
No info on coinexchange.io at the SEC.....
