Looking to sell 2 antminer S9s (12.93 TH/s) with 2 evga 1600w power supplies.
I'm not sure how to price these so I'm looking for some opinions first.
And I'm just dumping all the information I have on the machines, for testing I just ran each for 20 minutes with only 1 hash board plugged in. I can run each machine w/ all boards plugged in if I can verify it would be safe to do with the 2 separate power supplies on 2 separate house circuits.

Little backstory: I'm selling these for my brother who got these from a failed investment (more like a scam) and asked me to do it.  I really don't know anything about these machines other than what I've been able to test and found about the 'investee' online (looks like atleast one of the machines he gave may have been one he was asking about fixing on a forum).

As a note, when I refer to hash board #1/2/3 - it goes like this

Machine 1 on the right, 2 on the left

Some other info for the machines-
One came without the 4pin extension wire for the front fan - but thats a basic computer part so I'm not worried about it.
The front panels don't look like they match the units, the 1st machine had a panel that had a cut for a sd-card but the control board has no such slot.
While the 2nd machine had one for the sd-card in the wrong location - so I switched the panels around, and neither line up back on the first one (ethernet cutout isn't right) so I'm not sure what the deal is.

First machine:
AntMiner S9, 12.93 TH/s
I believe it's a fixed frequency, or thats just a different firmware version.
Hardware version says 15.0.1.3
Labels on the machine say version 1.96
And it should be visible in the photos of the hash boards, there was dust cake in and I blasted it out with an air compressor, but some residue is left behind and I have no idea what it is - almost looks like burn marks (no odors though). I havn't tried cleaning them off after that.
During testing I couldn't get any of the hash boards to mine, I tested using the board plugged into the control board on the 2nd machine - all worked, cleaned them out and tested again and they worked. Not sure if something changed or I accidently switched on the eco mode on the PSU.

Tests (only 1 board plugged in at a time)
     1st hashboard reports 52 ASICs
     2nd hashboard reports 63 ASICs
     3rd hashboard reports 63 ASICs

Second machine:
AntMiner S9, 12.93 TH/s
hardware version says 16.8.1.3
Initially I could not get into this machine, found a way to reset it by holding down the reporter button while turning it on - fixed it.
This one was all clean, nothing to clean on the hashboards.

Tests (only 1 board plugged in at a time)
     1st hashboard reports 3 ASICs
     2nd hashboard reports 63 ASICs
     3rd hashboard reports 63 ASICs

Power supplies
EVGA 1600w P2 & T2
Both appear to be working, again I only tested running one hash board at a time, and I didn't do a thorough test of all the sockets (if it's something I can test with a multimeter I'll gladly do).
However I only received one of the MB plugins with 1 of the 'detector' caps (the jump plug thing).

Again I'm just looking for opinions on how much I can sell them for, and I'm going to try selling locally before online/shipping (Seattle area).

Sorry to say it but you've got some burned out antminer junk.
Only someone who wants to screw around with a project miner would buy it or who knows how to fix it specifically.

Price wise, I say take whatever you can get, they are too unreliable to be worth it for actual mining.

Go Big or Go Home.
