It means i cant access due to newbie or something?

It means the topic was deleted or moved to trashcan (where only moderators can access it).

Hi,

I had a thread to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2434651.600 an ICO about EQUAL token, was it deleted because of fraud?

Could it be a closed forum thread, so only the topic starten kan administert access to the thread?

Or is deletion / trashbin the only option?

Yes, it could have been deleted by the moderators. They are randomly keeping a check on the spam threads and irrelevant topics, if moderators found any then either it gets deleted or moved to appropriate section.
