I sent 4.94 BTC to MTGox while the crash was happening.  They are not showing up in my account even though the transaction says it went through.  I've been trying to contact them but they aren't answering.  Is anyone else missing bitcoins?

Was there any explanation?  Help!  Anyone.

Any help would be great.  I would like to post this in the general discussion.  I can't be the only one.

Transactions were frozen. I had withdrawn $1k to my bank account, and that was frozen, but it is in the Account History.

Check your Account History. If it's in there then all will be fine. But a good idea to notify them of your concern Smiley

That's the problem.  It's not in my account history.  I sent the BTC then hit refresh and MTGox was down.  I've sent in a support ticket but no answers obviously.

It shows the transaction went through in the block explorer, yet no BTC in my account.  Nor is there anything in my account history.

Thanks for the suggestions.

There isn't anyone that deposited BTC into their account around or at the time of the crash?

Did you keep a record of the address you sent it to

Hmm, actually you can find that out

If it works the same as for Namecoins, then you need to install and run Bitcoin

go to the Bitcoin folder

C:\bitcoin\bitcoind

then

C:\bitcoin\bitcoind listtransactions

That will give you a list of your last 10 transactions

to save that to a file do

C:\bitcoin\bitcoind listtransactions >> transactions.txt

I'll check this for sure...

Yes, the address I sent it to is in the first post

15bWfjgAcizJhs7DNtJUiaA8BxwhZTGQ88

It's clearly confirmed.  Yet nothing is in my account at MTGox.

Maybe these types of problems are why they postponed another day.
