It's obvious they won't get the loan unless they're ready to provide a valid collateral.I don't understand what's the problem with negative tagging newbies ? Do you have better points why they shouldn't be tagged ?

Newbies get red tag if they ask a loan without a valid collateral. Most newbies here are trying to scam by asking a loan, be it small or big.
There are guidelines which you can find in the stickies here in the lending section.
If you are a newbie and does not have any collateral to offer, go to lending sites and not here.

they know they will only get a red trust but they don't care because their accounts are worthless he can do that all day long.

Not sometimes mate,almost always! Every low life beggar-"wanna be millionaire"-scammer post for a loan.
They think that to create an account here and ask,dont hurt them.
