I don't see any good ICOs this month from now on.
If you were whitelisted before, then redpulse ICO was the best to buy it today. But still I can see some ICOs worth mentioning like paypie (currently presale), electroneum, genisis vision, storm. Check these out and do your own research before investing.

I like digipulse, mostly because I will use their system for my files i'm working on so no third parties can steal them. It's not just my cryptoassets or if I die "who is gona get my stuff" that interests me, but that is one ICO atm I really like for my own purpose.

Just because you trust something to give you (usually) weekly dividends for a signature doesn't necessarily mean that you believe the project (ICO in this case) itself will be successful.
I personally wouldn't invest in anything just because I'm advertising it. As long as I am getting paid I will do my best to fulfill the campaign's requirements and that's that.
OP should do research on all current ICOs, what the project is about, the developer teams, popularity, etc. and make a decision based on that.

In my opinion ICO is a good way to crowdfund any project and a good investment too (depend on which ico you invest and its potential). Right now Im watching over utrust snip and earth token I find their whitepapers promising.
