anyone know a guide how to install my own pool? I try but it is impossible, I have my debian server.

Are you doing this for experience or profit?

Establishing a mining pool is not just a simple technical task you do suddenly because you just want to. You should consider researching more and actually marketing your pool. Your pool will be useless if only a few people mine with you.
