i am not sure what is problem in your pool but i can see you found block but no payment is done . Have you seen that because no one will join your pool as you are not making payment to miner ..

So you first job is to clear all payment and solve the issue

Blocks aren't unlocked until after we complete block 10. It is a requirement of the Bytecoin source.

We had double the entire network hashrate

Stuck at 46 Coins which is just as close as it gets me to get paid but the balance is just stuck at that number no matter how long i continue mining it is just stuck

Maybe i will go back to minergate and rest my head from all this headache !

There is nothing to fix mate, payouts are at 50BCN, you just hadn't hit it yet.
