Can you still only withdraw whole amounts from Bittrex? So 1 neo you'd have to fill in 1.1 NEO as being withdrawn?
Or has this been fixed by now?

well.. bittrex had to be a little bitbitch and I missed redpulse public ICO. Thanks!

That is right, you have to withdraw whole amount of Neo after deducting the withdrawal fees. Whole amount being 1, 2, 10 or 20 Neo. If you withdraw 10.1 after withdrawal fees, the 0.1 will not be credited to your Neo wallet, which means you will see 10 Neo only.
