I saw yesterday's crowdsale website ending on the 14th of november, why is it now increasing to 30 days? what happened dev?

Announcement on worldcore.com:
Dear valued ICO participants
Worldcore team has took a decision to extend ICO for one more month due to lower value of raised funds than we expected. We have spent almost 2 million USD of our own funds and very much efforts of entire Worldcore team for launching ICO and all associated expenses. Most of these funds were used for marketing of Worldcore ICO and production of high-class promo materials. The reason to take such decision is unexpectedly unstable market conditions in October and 1/2 of November due to 2 reasons - Bitcoin Gold fork and Segwit2x fork of Bitcoin which eventually became fake and will never be launched.
Most of blockchain audience stored all funds in Bitcoin due to these 2 reasons and value of ICO investments was significantly lower than all of us expected. Currently we see that situation turns back to normal again and blockchain community comes back to altcoins including ICO.
Next we’d like to inform that we will send additional 5% bonus to everyone who purchased WRC tokens before October 14 due to extension of Worldcore ICO. We have also raised referral commission from 5% to 10% to boost the sales. All previous referral commissions will be also doubled. Bonuses and referral commissions for previous purchases will be paid out within next 48 hours.
We are also stopping Bounty Program as we previously planned on November 14 with full timely settlement which will be done by our bounty manager ColorlessK.
Our team is also completing development of token holder website with interface for accessing voting and financial reports of Worldcore. The first voting will be for or against extension of our ICO. If larger part of token holders votes against ICO extension, we will immediately close ICO with full respect to opinion of our valued ICO participants, if not - we will continue raising funds for one more month to reach the next milestone of our development. This decision is final and ICO will not be extended next month anyway.
Our team has already started joining SWIFT and SEPA, we have also submitted application to Worldwide Intellectual Property Office to extend our EU-valid trademark to most of countries of the world in addition We are also starting negotiations with Visa and MasterCard to become a Principal Member, direct issuer and acquirer of payment cards. We keep launching new products almost every week and we do our best to deliver the largest number of state-of-the-art financial services suitable for everyone and everyone’s business. Worldcore has also finally obtained Payment Institution license (previously it was Small Payment Institution license with transaction volume and opening EU branches restrictions).
We are also on final step of adding WRC token to a few of exchanges and we will keep everyone posted about it. WRC token will be tradable on at least 3-4 exchanges since the next day after ICO closure (December 15).
We sincerely appreciate your support and hope for understanding of our decision. Market conditions got worse due to real and fake fork of Bitcoin, there was totally no our fault in this situation. As we all see, now Altcoins and ICO industry are getting recovered, so we are sure that we should move forward with raising funds for our development. The website and account interface for token holders will be presented within a week.

Did you not fully read the message above yours? In bold font, it states that bounty program will end November 14th, so today. We just have to wait for confirmation on when we can remove the Signature. |

It is very strange that ICO is continuing but bounty was stopped.  I do not think that extended ICO is a good idea now |
