Machine learning is the acquisition of some algorithms from an array of data. In fact, the result of machine learning is a different strategy for automatic trading. And the opinion of the crowd is only a part of external global data - just one of the indicators. Therefore, I think the projects have much in common, albeit received it in different ways.

I don't think what machine learning can help bots in trading process. But i think it can help choose right strategy for bot on start and changing  it in tradding process from time to time for better results.
And i have choose this way for developing.

Adjusting of the trading bot settings using machine learning is really promising way. BTW it could be constantly on-line adjusting during the trading process.

And maybe a big one, if there will be a lot of users "Multibot".
And liquidity is not particularly important as I understood. For bot which is currently being tested is important that price does not change very sharply. The main thing that there were a lot of price changes with kickbacks back, then it will produce a large number of profitable trades.

I guess the liquidity of particular pair is very important. Bot and any trader won't be able to make trades due to the lack of liquidity anyway.
