You're wrong, To mine bitcoin gold will be more easier rather than bitcoin cash because you are able to mine it use your gpu and that will cost you a little amount rather than to buy the mining rig like asic to mine bitcoin.

When you talk about mining, things get some more complicated. As it is a technical field and so we see there are little posts here because mostly technical people are only capable to answer and question. So mining for gold is yes easy, but to some extent. Mining bitcoin is not difficult too, but that only requires some more resources than gold.

If bitcoingold the price 1k dollars for sure many people are happy because they can earn a lot of profit. But it depends on the demand on the market if the price increase or not. We can see the actual price of bitcoin gold after the fork and I hope the price of bitcoin gold is better than the bitcoincash . So many people are going to be incredibly disappointed with the price of bitcoin gold. I'm not saying i supported bitcoin cash, but it was a much larger scale project with a lot more influence and backing. This fork will not compare in any scale.

It can be greater than bch, since it wi be the second time for split. I think it wi be more advance in service, value and in price,plus everyone is waiting for that's why btc pump way too much.

I can see value in Bitcoin Gold. Let the idiots sell who think it’s worthless. But it won’t be. I can see it going to the moon in value. Bitcoin Cash of course was close to Bitcoin but never made it that far. We don’t know much about Bitcoin Gold. But that’s the mystery. Whatever the price is initially will be worth it when the hype is on and the price goes up. This is price speculation. But i’m telling you it almost happened with one coin. So who is to say this time it won’t be massivaly adopted. I’m buying as soon as i can and i’m holding. Most of the people who get it for free will be stupid enough to sell early. The only ones who will profit are the ones who hold and sell with a orice that is more satisfying then the initial price. $500 to $1000 is satisfying enough. It just depends on how much you’re satisfied with. If it’s up to $1000 i’d like to see how far it actually goes before i sell. We’ll see what happens on October 25th. Good luck.

I think it will look a lot like the bitcoin cash split.. Bitcoin gold will climb pretty high for the first 12-24 hrs and then it will decline sharply over a few days and lvl out. I think it will find a floor between 100-200. That's just my guess.

The price of the gold will be really hard to predict. But one thing is certain that the gold will be mined with GPUs. Hence bitcoin and bitcoin case will not be the competitor for the bitcoin gold. Rather eth will be more related with the bitcoin gold. Hence the price will be somehow correlated with the price of eth.

I think it's not hard to predict the price of Bitcoin Gold. This will be just a new altcoin that has no chance to compete with such well-placed coins as ETH. The only coins you can compare to are DASH and maybe LTC but for sure the price will not be higher than this two.
