Don't know why they are making the new forum software when the one we are making is so good but nevertheless, if they are making it then I have few suggestions for it.

1.) Functionality to see the stats related to the report to moderator should be given in the new forum.
2.) At the same time, on the same page, there should be a log of posts deleted by mods.
3.) Stats of user should be visible like post reported, posts deleted, pending,  accuracy. The current forum only shows Number of posts reported and the accuracy.
4.) A list or log of members banned from the forum.

Thanks

Report to moderator
If you want to be a moderator, report many posts with accuracy. You will be noticed.

1.) Functionality to see the stats related to the report to moderator should be given in the new forum.
This functionality exists, theymos could trivially display it somewhere with some standard code should have wish to. Maybe not as easily for the individual, but a reporter ranking definitely would be.

2.) At the same time, on the same page, there should be a log of posts deleted by mods.
This will cause issues for moderators, especially if it were to state which moderator did what. I think that's one of the reasons for which this doesn't exist already.

3.) Stats of user should be visible like post reported, posts deleted, pending,  accuracy. The current forum only shows Number of posts reported and the accuracy.
Pending could be labeled as 'unhandled', as some reports might never get handled to begin with.

4.) A list or log of members banned from the forum.
I've already requested the rank 'Banned' a while back, but unfortunately no such change has been made.

4.) A list or log of members banned from the forum.

Thanks

I'm curious as to why this would be beneficial to the community. If they are banned, then they no longer are active in the community and therefore can't influence it under that name. What exactly would making the ban list public information do? Except, cause drama and put certain staff members in a awkward situation where they would feel obliged to tell the community why x was banned.

I can figure out a nice example right away: If you connect one user with some other user, you can't really know whether they are ban evading or not without asking some moderator to check. With that information being public, connecting alts and finding out ban evaders becomes much easier for the general public.
