I am not healthy nor fit..but would love to be back in shape but never had the motivation to do so..however, i was a gym rat before my younger years (12 yeard back..hahaha)..what i do is jog 5 miles every morning and go to gym after work..I avoided processed foods,salty foods, oily foods and sweets..i only eat natural carb foods like boiled potato and boiled banana..steamed veggies,fish and chicken breast..was eating those like for almost 2 years 😁

Yoga, Calisthenics, Core Exercises and some Cardio (jog/bicycle/swim).
Balance your meals and take enough rest, it is important as much as your exercises.

Just don't be greedy and eat to much. I don't see much of reason to exercise more then once-twice a week if you eat healthy. And if you don't eat healthy, nothing is going to help you.

in my opinion to maintain health it is better to maintain a healthy diet, adequate sleep and diligent exercise at least three times a week

Balanced healthy diet, ie watching calorie intake, and exercise. Breakfast is important, so mine includes a variety of fruits, nuts, and seeds with granola/musli and yogurt in bowl of milk. And sleep, is also very important as noted by zima01

First i must ask you, what are your reasons or your MOTIVATION to stay fit? Is it for health? Is it to look more socially acceptable and appealing?
My secret is to find that proper motivation first, and then really amplify my motivation and focus on my goals so I would be able to work harder at the physical efforts I would put into fitness as well as the mental, which would be researching proper diets and workout plans.
Everything starts with proper motivation.

I think everyday running helps me a lot.. If i sick or don't have time and I stop running for a while, I feel the difference.. my body desperately asks me to come back to my everyday running, I think I even feel pain in my mussels if I haven't run for a while...

I just eat small portions several times a day, do not drink alcohol and do not smoke, I make jogs or walk at least 3 kilometers a day. I also do yoga 2-3 times a week.

Being consistent... Pick any exercise or diet then follow through it. Keep track of your progress in tandem with an attainable goal and of course reward yourself every so often. Any exercise if done consistently will yield results. For me i do powerlifting.

not having a regular access to the gym i try to walk on foot as much as possible. 5-7km per day help me not to become bloated=)

Choose a work out, any work out, then stick to it. No matter how hardcore your workout is, it won't be effective if you just do it once. Even if you jog for 3km everyday it will have an effect on you. Diet wise, eat anything and everything in moderation.
