Your only option is to wait for a response, but if you feel like you are being scammed, you should open a Scam accusation here on the forum it will alert many users over here, BTW personally i am hearing about coin jar for the first time, So i can't comment about them whether they are legit or a scam.

Edit: did you verify your account with them? Maybe they require your verification before they can process your payout.

You shouldn't put so much money into something you try for the first time, especially if you didn't get a recommendation from a friend.
Are you talking about coinjar.com ? I search for it and I found that they have twitter and facebook account as well, so try to contact them there. You can also try to contact other users to see if it was a scam when they used it. They haven't been active for a past week or so on their social media tho.
