For me i think the real problem of man how to be happy without money or man thinking how to get job.

I believe this is greed. Since mankind is greedy we do not share what we have and in the end there are a lot of wasted resources in this world. Countries fighting for useless things like gold mines, oil and such things. If all the money used for war was intended for good things like feeding people it would have ended world hunger decades ago!

The way of buddhism defines that the world is full of misery. Secondly, that men have many desires and the third is man's misery or sufferring is brought about by man's selfish desires. Bottomline is, man has to still learn the act of contentment. If man is content, then he will not do crimes or be tempted to do so.
