Something is weird with the wallet... It shows that I mined 67.99000744 coins, but when I check the transaction info it shows only 2.5??

Yep, I am aware of that. There seems to be a bug in the QT wallet display that's not displaying the correct amount.

For exhample I hold 20000 coin, should I run masternode or just stake coins? What will be more profitable?

From one POS block:
               2.5PNX get 1 masternode;
               2.5PNX get 1 wallet POS.
From 1 day all MN gets 1800pnx,
and all POS wallets gets 1800pnx,

but today masternodes 30, and all wallets which POS 200, or more.

When you start MN, you receive reward immediately.
To get the reward POS, you need to hold your coins for 72 hours.

So...I got it working... for anyone else that wants  to know... yes, you can run your control wallet locally and use it to control multiple remote masternodes running on linux VPS.

No, You only need to open your wallet for staking and wait for it's mature and after that you can get more PNX when your wallet online and open!
