Your CONF is right!
Probably you have few coins bcs your weight is high.
Maturate means, when you receive any PNX in your wallet, you need wait 72hours to start to contribute to the network helping to find new blocks in PoS mode.
If you receive the coins today, wait 3 days to start staking.
If you protected your wallet, DO NOT FORGET to UNLOCK only for staking mode.

You showed your pwd to the community, change your pwd in phantomx.conf soon as possible and restart your wallet.

You can close the wallet and open it again after 72hours.

It would be smart also to save private key for the address.
Because, sometimes wallet can be corrupted. With private key you are safe. Just be sure that private key does not fall into wrong hands.

Both methods are good to be safety...
If you saved a wallet.dat and, if you really need bcs your current file is corrupted, you can get the old file and recover all transactions.
Make sure to make a backup always you create a new address in the same wallet.

When I you post your PHANTOMX.conf, I supposed you have hidden the IP.
Looking this error, I guess you didn't change the IP address:

masternodeaddr=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9340

Access this url to know your public ip. After, copy, edit phantomx.conf and replace <xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx> by <your public ip address>.
Do not forget to close your wallet and open again.
If you did all other steps with success, your MN will be available when you start it.

That's normal!!!!
Sometimes on the first day you receive only 25/50 PNX per day, after 3 days it's more stable to the network and probably will receive more.
Of course, depends also the diff of PoS and how many wallets are opened as staking and finding new blocks to share with MNs.
Exactly now, there are 211 MNs working

Before everything, let's make a backup of your wallet.dat.
I'm supposing your wallet is in "/wallets/phantomx/.wallet".

1 :: doing a backup for your HOME

cp /wallets/phantomx/.wallet/wallet.dat ~/PhantomX_bkp/

2 :: before, check if your wallet is 100% sync

check if the info "BLOCKS" is equal or high then the last block in
