Yes.  Close the wallet, copy bootstrap.dat into the data folder (don't delete anything), then open the wallet again.

When it has finished importing the blocks it should rename the file to bootstrap.dat.old.

It doesn't work. it is still stuck at the same block  702587 and your file is renamed into old. but still it doesn't work and shows the same block. what can i do now?

Merge's PhantomX wallet appears to be synced now, so you should be able to swap.  Check that your blockcount matches theirs on the #chain-status channel in the Merge discord, and send a small amount (maybe 50 PNX) first.

Update (27th Feb): Swap transactions now appear to be working.  Please test with a small amount first, but you should recieved your Merge a little after 50 confirmations.
