by the way. if the authors of the project dont collect the required amount in the first half of the ICO, they can continue in the second?
They can. But if at the very beginning they didnt collect the amount (the most favorable terms), then it is unlikely that they will recoup afterwards. and the sale of tokens will only be on the official website? |
