I have a s7 miner and my fans will only run around 800rpm, the miner overheats in seconds and I can't get them to go faster.

Any ideas to what the issue is?

Have the fans been changed from the stock OEM ones?

If your back fan is reading only 800 rpm that means its dead. The RPM reading is from the front intake fan spinning the back exhaust fan. If both fans are reading that low, it might be a power problem on the controller board itself.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
