I have some collateral that i would rather not sell, just nead small bitcoin loan and will pay whatever the rate is. Im new here and dont know who to address.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Instead of saying you have collateral, you should have stated what collateral you have along with the amount you requesting, and also note if you havent read the first and second post of https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 dont bother replying but instead lock this thread.
