Is Viabuy good wallet? How is full verification process?

I write 2 days ago 1 message and yet without answer of them  Huh
How many days does it take to reply to emails once you are a client?

If I were you if this service doesn't respond until now then it's highly recommended to find a reputable service than them because if this service still running they should reply you asap when they received your message but it seems they are not operating, I guess. If you google 'viabuy review' you will get your answer, there are many users who had bad experience from this site I recommend you to use more trusted service.

I have never heard of this wallet before, and I saw that you have also email their support two days ago asking for answers on your doubt with their wallet, and they did not reply your email yet. With such customer service provided, it would be better to avoid using this wallet because it would be stressful if something happens to your balance on it and you realize their support is not even being helpful at all.

This is the first time that I read someone mentioning about Viabuy. One thing is sure here, it is not a well-known wallet and you should deal with them with caution. Upon reading your post, it appears that you already contacted them but haven't gotten any reply in the past 2 days. I should say that this is a very bad response time from them especially if your concern requires an urgent reply. You also said that many people are complaining about them in the internet and you should treat this as a red flag. Stay away from them and find another ewallet which is more trusted and has more userbase.
