One of my friend send Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin Address and the exchange platform (www.altcointrader.co.za) are not able to assist. The bitcoin cash transactions appears in both chains was not received from the Bitcoin address. How can we get this BCH reversed.....I see on BlockchAIN IT IS still unspent output.

I think this is impossible. Because bitcoin address may be equal bitcoin cash address.
If bitcoin address does not exist.. (low probability) need wait when mining pool reject this transaction and your coins will be refunded

I think this is impossible. Because bitcoin address may be equal bitcoin cash address.
If bitcoin address does not exist.. (low probability) need wait when mining pool reject this transaction and your coins will be refunded

It is not like that concern wallet provider should have the BCH payment option in the wallet. In the single sign up you can access multiple wallets in that.
Likewise, coinbase has the multiple wallet. If the wallet providers enables the BCH deposit to the wallet means you can able to receive the amount to you.
