How to rescan altcoin

i have an project for altcoin ,
i make a vps crash . and then there some transaction not listed on block .
how to restore or fixed it ??
cause the balance not matching actually .
can i just do rescan ?? i try 2 time but doesnt work ,
please help me.
will pay some btc if some one fixed it
