Good day to everybody. It’s a very cool project; it has many options and differs from the usual CPA-networks. Most likely, there will be a complicated registration, right? Can someone tell what stages will it consist of?
Hello. In fact, there’s nothing special. First of all, you will need to confirm your email address and mobile phone number in order to register on the platform. The second stage is undergoing verification, which will be supported by the famous Civic service. In conclusion, the user will have to choose his role in the system – he can be an advertiser or partner. Wow, is it really that simple? I guess this won’t take more than 10-20 minutes, I’m pleased with this fact. Why will verification be carried via third-party service? I guess, it’ll be a forced technical measure so far. All in all, it is planned to implement their platform’s own verification system in the future, which will require new users to provide a document confirmation of their identity and registration address. Why is it prohibited to specify user’s payment details during the registration stage? Because the platform will create Ethereum-wallet for every new user itself. After registration, everyone will receive the address of his new wallet and a private key to it, which is necessary to access the private cabinet on other devices. Yeah, I got it. How long will it take the system to create a new Ethereum-wallet?

What decentralized web-apps will be developed for working with the platform? And for what purposes will they be necessary in general?

It's very cool that you can work in HOQU right from your smartphone! By the way, when will the applications on Android and iOS be released?
is there any app of HOQU or you use the website? I think there is no app by the moment

Does anyone know what number of coins has the company put up for sale on the ICO?
Judging by the information from the official website, it was put 195 555 360 HQX to the main round of sales. Where is this information into the website?

I don’t understand why the company didn’t provide a mechanism for resolving disputes. It's awfully inconvenient to use third-party arbitrators’ services; moreover they aren’t familiar with the specifics of the service. And all in all, it takes a lot of time. I believe that there will be a high level of fraud on HOQU if you don’t implement such a mechanism into the platform.

Wow, bro, calm down)) Who told you that there won’t be such a mechanism?? In fact, there will be appellate centers in HOQU; they will solve disputes between the users of the service.

They will carry out their activities as simply as possible: they will conduct independent investigations on the appeals of advertisers and make decisions on them. Moreover, the experts of the appellate centers will monitor HOQU users’ reputation and check their feedback.
