ICO is not yet finished, we still have 320.000 Coins to be sold, 36 investors took part in this project.

It is not available, we changed some major details and we are re-working the white paper.

You're just using facts that you knew with no specific arguments. ILS is going to be an internet provider company that will work with local providers and offer better plans for areas in the world where the high speed internet is still a taboo.
