I am interested in initial feedback about the idea of decentralised social care. In few words:

- network participants are identified by decentralised ID, assuming there will be running services in few years
- people in working age contributes to "social insurance fund"
- distribution of "social insurance fund" is governed by smart contracts
- people who need care receives it, given they participated in the system
- fund investment portfolio are also governed by voting and smart contracts (could be stock market, blockchain lending, assets etc)

What do you think? If you are developer, investor, or would like to contribute - please let me know.

I appreciate every comment.

Wrong section to ask people opinion. I think you should create this thread on this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0 On there a lot of people discuss about alt cryptocurrencies.
