Starting a good project with huge potential.
need help in organizing things , need people having knowledge for -
1.Token creator
2.White paper creator
3.Ico manager
4.publicity manager
5.developer
6.person having good knowledge on blockchain
7.Mining farm builder and maker.
8.etc.
Will give good amount of stake in the company with really nice incentive in other words whatever money will will make ( and that will be enough for all ) will be share in a proportion where you want say anything.
Details will be shared and opinion will be asked from all.

From the looks of your OP it sounds like you have no experience in this whatsoever and have nothing more than an idea that you want a team of people to implement.
ICOs are not get rich quick schemes. First 'sell' your idea to possible partners and try to build a small team first. You only opt for the ICO when you have a clear project outline and are in the final stages of releasing your token.

I would advise you to hire a professional marketing company like ours to do the marketing and website design aspect of the project. Professionals take the guess-work out of the equation and ensure the brand message gets across to the public to raise millions in an ICO.

I advice you don't venture into this unless you are fully versed with at least some of the skills and knowledge you have listed for requirement. Apart from the initial finance, assuming you have the means as you did not ask for a financier  you are outsourcing all that is needed for a crypto project, which is not wise as there is a chance that you may be fooled in the long run. |

haha no sir, idea is rock solid. its just the technical team i am lacking which i will build around in a week or two. yes i am making a get rich scheme but not quick rich. but for that i am putting my professional work aside because this project is my dream from nearly 2 years and i am counting on it. |

people fool others for money and i do not want to make money alone will compensate other more than fairly. plus after the ICO i am gonna test and run the project related softs and hardware more than 100s time myself to ensure user safety. there will be a close look on every bodies shoulder to keep the ico and projects clean. Apart from the initial finance, assuming you have the means as you did not ask for a financier you are outsourcing all that is needed for a crypto project, which is not wise as there is a chance that you may be fooled in the long run. i have some skills and requirement in fact i have all of them but i cant handle the project alone. ultimately it will become so big that one or two cant handle. i will be looking for initial investors yeah but asking for money without a team seems unreliable to people. they say - do you wanna beg money for your project ? blah blah and that is not even the last thing i wanna do. after the roadmap and whitepaper will be finished you will get you know what i am getting into . if nothing goes South this will be the biggest private blockchain project. |

Hey Till now we have 4 people on board. but the main part still lacking. developer and Mining farm builder and maker. P.s we do not want you too just a small mining farm . it will be distributed over more than 1 country. |
