Bitfloor - Are USD deposits going to be paid back?? - Roman?

Long time lurker, first time poster...

When bitfloor shutdown, some users like myself had USD in the site.  Now it's been over 2 weeks since there was any kind of update...     What gives?

Who out there knows what is going on with the bitfloor situation?  What is Roman up too anyway?  What is bitfloor doing in order to pay all of us back who have been waiting so patiently?   Anyone else wondering what the heck is going on, or have any new information?

The supposed story is that Roman cannot find a bank to deposit the check he received from the bank...
