Step 1: do your own research

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

If you have a decent hardware (big video card) you can try it, but with a laptop you can forget the idea.

Start from the sticky, which can be found in the very section you made this thread in: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1944976.0
Then Google "Bitcoin Mining" and read the results, for example: https://www.bitcoinmining.com/
Now I obviously did all the work for you, but that's how you look up anything that you're interested in.

Anyone here kindly explain me how to start mining?
First of all, decide which one coin you wanna to mine

Here some tips;

  • Familiarize yourself with the two types of cards;  AMD and NVIDIA
  • Familiarize yourself with the algoritms. For example NVIDIA is good in Equihash (ZEC and Zclassic) while AMD is good in Ethererium's algoritm.
  • Visit website whattomine, checking what coin is profitable
  • Make a choice as earlier suggested what kind of coins you want to mine.
  • Also check how your coin is doing in trading / exchanges.  How is the populairity.  Are the developpers active and do others believe in it's future?
  • More cards the better.  Because if you have one card, you also pay relatively more for powering your motherboard.
  • At the moment think about making 2 dollar per day per card, maybe less.  It's not that profitable at the moment
  • Be sure to have cheapest electricity
  • Check if Motherboard supports multiple GPU's.  Check AsRock.  Use powered risers. Check if there are enough connections on the PSU
  • Use a processor that doesn't consume much power.
  • There is a website you can build your pc, it checkes if the components are compatible
  • Are you going to buy Windows or are you going to use a linux?  What about drivers
  • Check availability or latest updates of mining software.

The rig of mine is:
AsRock BTC pro v2
3X  GTX 1080 TI
I3 processor , but could be lower
2GB RAM i believe.
I make less than 5 pounds a day at the moment, Mining ZEC, Zclassic and LBRY.  Depending on what coin is most profitable.
Also ZEC and LBRY price's are very low at the moment.  Well as long as they go up sooner or later.  Then it's not realy a problem.

It will take approx 16 months until return of investment.  Hopefully the rig is still alive, and then I "really" start to earn.

Hope that give some info you can use.

Well since this is the BITCOIN only section, the equipment(s) you want are ASIC based miners.  GPU's are worthless for mining bitcoin directly, and all this altcoin discussion belongs in the appropriate area. See here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=401536.0

I don't believe in superstition because it's bad luck: 13thF1oor6CAwyzyxXPNnRvu3nhhYeqZdc
These aren't the Droids you're looking for: S5 & S7 (Sold), R4B2, R4B4 (RIP), 2x S9 obsolete, 2xS15-28, S17-56, S17-70

You heard it wrong, bitcoin mining will not give you a decent income anymore unless you are willing to invest thousands of bucks for your own asic miners. Maybe you misheard it, mining is still profitable but only for the alt coins.

Anyone here kindly explain me how to start mining?

You can still mine alt coin, but I would suggest researching before buying. Cause, with the way the coins are evolving you will sink around a grand into a machine which might buy you a coffee once a year on some coins. Litecoin it would take me around two years to pay off the gpu rig if I went the standard old way. Sure with some coins you might be able to make some $$$. But dont expect this to pay your rent. If you dont research before hand and have a vision on how you will overcome hills. Since what you are talking about is one of the risky investments on planet earth. Reason it is, hydro costs and volatile market. Plus if thousand other people do the same gpu rig for example. Everyones gpu rig is essentially going to become worthless in due time. If no innovation is made on our part were out. Hydro eats whats left of our profits. This market rewards innovation, perfect excution on business level. Invest into coins... You can make millions since its like a new currency we bought cheap and sold high. Kind of like owning gold back in 1960 and selling it today. Large profits, same concept here but the market moves up quick. Instead of waiting 30 or more years for gold to be more to make millions. Crytpo currency can provide same results in month to two years.

Bull.
Yes is takes money to make money. This has been true since money was invented and mining for money is no different.

Profitability ONLY depends on what the electric rate is.  For me even at home (15-cents kWh) an s9 still clears over 5$ a day after the feed bill. My main farm at work (7.5-cents kWh) running 220THs makes money hand over fist...

I would be careful talking about how much machines make us. As it might spark compeition grinding down profits.

If someone wants to know how much you are making money with your rig then why don't share it to them? @fuzzy I forgot to include the electricity rate since I'm living in a country that has really charging me well with my bill and that's why I keep on saying that it's not profitable anymore and I forgot to add, in my situation. But still I know there are people who are mining here but they aren't depending on it anymore.
