Dont think so as nothing is there, that means nothing to protect. You could keep it for the off chance somebody transfers to the wrong wallet and you end up with a bit of coins. Other than that probably worthless I think

No. You may create as many wallets/addresses as you want and don't save their private keys/backup seed.

The sole purpose of this information is to guarantee access to your wallet/address and its coins if there is any problems in the future or if you want to use them in another device. Since the wallet is empty, it doesn't matter.

I use a recovery phrase for my offline wallet, i have a few security layers on my wallet, because i dont want it to be hacked by someone who is just trying to steal my bitcoins.
But if you have less than 0.10 bitcoins, why would you have one? no one is going to steal that amount, it is so little, and probably hackers spend more amount of money in trying to steal those bitcoins.
So use it only if you know that you are in danger, or if you have a big amount of money.

If something unexpected happens, it may be the only way to recover your Bitcoins.

e.g. If you would have mentioned some address from that wallet here and your account gets compromised you need to sign a message with that addreess to prove you are the original owner.

And if his account gets hacked/compromised he needs to sign a message using this address to prove the original ownership.

Anyway we should to start from saying that accounts on blockchain.info recently are targeted by hackers and nobody can explain how BTC disappears from their accounts .. I recommend not using this service to hold BTC online - even for few hours.

Is this a joke?  Obviously there's no reason to keep that recovery phrase in a empty block chain wallet,  unless you gonna use this wallet again in the future.  There are so many reasons why we do have more than one wallet.  For me I'm keeping 4 different types of Wallet with recovery phases 3 of that wallets are empty. But I decide it to use in the future for more reason.

Yes you should never delete a wallet. Satoshi says so. Maybe coins are sent there accidentally and be you don't have access anymore? Or if there is an airdrop or something.

Also usng blockchain.info is fine. I wouldn't store my life savings in it though. I use it as a spending wallet.  For my main savings wallet I use none other than electrum, best wallet ever made.

Using online wallet never is recommended, to use it only if you need it. The only one online wallet i trust is Coinbase, but it still is not 100%.
I also recommend Electrum as good desktop wallet. Another good and very user friendly desktop wallet is Exodus.
