[ANN] P2Pool code for WorldCoin

This code is based on Narken's post located here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198175.0

All of the code is his and based on his post, the only thing I did was add WorldCoin to it.
To use WorldCoin, simply "--net worldcoin"

Password can be anything you like (It's ignored anyway)
Fee is set at 1%
