I have a s7 i cant figure out. The boards run hot especially one of them. So the miner would run and shut down. Over 80 degrees. So i put 2 new fans on it and underclocked the unit to 300mhz. Now it runs fine, slightly warm yet compared to my others but only at 2400 ghz.  All the boards are working fine. All oooooooo's. It is a batch 3 unit. Would this be a firmware issue? Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks

Firmware issue is doubtful, are the replacement fans stock/oem ones?

This would most likely be a loose heatsink somewhere that hasnt shorted out yet. I would pull the hash board out and inspect it for problems.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
