not yet, waves token is diffirent with ethereum erc20 token. the technology behind it is diffirent too. the market exchanger didnt have that feature like etherdelta.
i think with new update ( waves say will update some feature at his coin) waves will have new 'smart contract system" but i dont know more detail about it.

Inside the Waves wallet you can access the decentralized exchange (DEX).
Although it's not very intuitive, you can select there any waves tokens and you can try to sell them at least for waves.
Just be careful, since you'll have to pay some fixed fees - make your calculations right to actually get more waves than the fees.

I'd love for more projects to get developed on the Waves platform, but at the same time I'd worry that we'd then get flooded with the wBTC, wETH, wLTC, and other sleazy projects.

Spam is part of life.
I expect sooner or later WAVES will develop a mechanism to filter out the worthless (spam) tokens, based on user preferences, based on points/"mark as spam"/blacklists or maybe just a way to see either all tokens either only the ones marked as "official".

you do not need to search the market from Waves, in Waves itself already menyedaikan market from Waves, if you want to sell in other markets, you can see it in Tidex, Bittrex, Yobit etc

Did you checked the Lite Wallet and there the DEX, ist like etherdelta but integrated in your Wallet. You dont have to transmit your coins, you can trade them from your Wallet. They are Safe and no Gas for transmitting, just a little fee for your trade. Further, you can not only trade token-waves, you can also trade waves-btc or even waves-euro. So its much better than etherdelta. Wait for more volumn in that Sex and it will Change a lot. But also in the present there is a usecase for some value tokens Like mobilego or the Community token
