What's the advantages of using your service than other transaction accelerator services? And there are many on this forum here offer services also for accelerating some transaction for free.
So if there's no difference when using your service and some free services of pushing tx afterwards you will get 0 users/customer here just my opinion.

So if they aren't the ones who did it, how much should it take to confirm a 5 sat/byte transaction on its own ?

I wonder if how they do accelerate transaction on this site, it mentioned that they working with multiple pools, can you share even eith the 2 of them?, and based on the transaction ID, the quoted post is relayed by antpool, and seems..
Nvm I will observe this site, if they totally working with some mining pools or just antpool from its free accelerator which they can manually put the txid on that site.

I use electrum and it's kinda spot on.
Had some money on blockchain and sent from it and didn't take a look at the fees.

Any reason for counting the 500 bytes as bytes and not weight units? A normal transaction with 500 bytes would have a total of 2000 weight units, since normal data counts as 4 weight units per byte. However, with Segwit transactions, a byte only counts as 1 weight unit for the witness data, so it takes up less space in a block compared to a normal transaction.

You didn't pay $4 for nothing, I too was moving BTC today and accelerated 2 transactions of my own because Blockchain was awful. People will doubt me but I have made a way to automate the accelerations with my site. Some sites charge hundreds of dollars I offer a flat rate of $4 or free. Don't let the haters fool you.

I am still waiting to read the outcome of this particular transaction and also the word of darkstar which I will take as a vouch. But at the same time, there is viabtc accelerator which I have used in the past sometimes it gives notification of low fees and then do nothing. What is the difference with your service which means I can send a transaction with a ridiculous low fees then pay you $4 to make it confirm faster.

It's not about using bytes as bytes or weight units, we do not want to allow more free transactions currently as our site will be spammed and abused by users. I would like to say again,we launched confirmtx as fully paid service but we decided to provide free service so people can try our site before they pay.
