Its been a while since I've heard about luckygames but I think they ended up being a scaml. Also if you check they have bad feedback already due to cheating a player in a completely different way.

Owner admitted rigging result in cells to fuck one player in the past, I would suggest you to take some time to go trough all your bets, verify each one and if you see that they really cheated then create topic here, but to be honest with you this looks like another martingale went wrong.

the owner of luckygames is not particularly known for playing it fair,as it has been mentioned above,so I would not dismiss this guy's allegations as groundless

Yes Now a days, The owner is trying to Scam with everyone. Recently He Scammed a user and One Of his MOD And now this case.

Look at his trust level its full of red trust so its not worth to play there. But for your issue you can contact him and ask for explanation.

I didn't understand exactly what the problem is , but I do know that Luckygames isn't trusted
I have played with them and wagered like 7 btc as I remember , but the fact that the admin can change the outcome made me stop visiting the site
the site is looking amazing and the fact that they offer almost every popular coin is amazing too , too bad it's  running by such an admin

your missing funds should be processed , never heard a single issue about funds not being processed for both deposits and withdrawals ( if you reach out to them and try to make them understand with better English )

First you should use translator to make proper sentences in english and than you can either post scam accusation against them with screenshots for proof or you can contact their support to settle your issue. I can understand your situation because I had to go under same circumstances few days back with another site, but luckily I got all my winnings after posting my problem with proof here.
So In my opinion you have to share every proof you have so that we as a community make some pressure on them because in online gambling there is nothing precious then reputation to pay back for any casino.
