My guess is he wants someone to receive a credit card on his behalf then forward him the package. Maybe he wants someone from the Euro zone, or he is in a country with economic sanctions, like Iran. Hard to know since there are few details, maybe for a reason

If that's the case then I want a sender as well, I'm not trying to do anything illegal with it, I just need the VISA Card with a name and address with $50 balance. I need it to register that's all, I'll pay whatever you will pay to get the card plus $10

I did the same, I sent him a pm yesterday and asked what exactly has to be sent and from where to eventually where.
He is not reacting to me and as I see not to anyone here, if it is a card or something in that trand I understand it has to be sent and there are enough people willing to do it, including myself, but would be nice to hear something back so that we can actually help.

Expand your job description so we can understand whom you are really working for, right? And some already asked you but you do not have yet response, so I think this is a just a negative job offer.
